To ensure authenticity and prevent tampering:

All sealed Pokémon products (booster packs, ETBs, boxes, etc.) are final sale.

We do not accept returns for opened or sealed collectible items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We only accept returns or issue replacements/refunds for:

Items that arrive damaged, or

Items that are incorrect compared to your order.

To qualify for a return or refund:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide clear photos of:

The damaged item

The packaging

Any shipping damage or defects

Failure to report damage within 7 days may result in your request being declined.
